We have uncompromising standards of quality, beginning with selecting the finest diamonds from reputed sources based on the 4C’s – carat (weight), cut, color and clarity. Each conflict-free diamond is tested for authenticity on the De Beers’ AMS machine before it is set in a piece of jewelry. We use LBMA approved gold, the de facto international benchmark for gold, to craft your dream designs into reality.
All the jewelry manufactured at our factories undergoes quality checks at every stage of production. Our quality checkers are AAA certified. The finished product is further checked on various parameters such as make, strength and finish by third-party QC agencies. We leave no stone unturned in ensuring that our jewelry will shine bright in your consumer’s lives for a long time.
We can provide additional certification for our diamonds, gemstones and jewelry by independent, world renowned labs such as GIA, IGI, SGL, and DGLA on request.

Our business operations across our factories and corporate office are integrated on SAP. This helps us optimize our productivity and enhance performance and cost efficiency. We can access real time reports of production at the click of a button. Even our weighing scales are integrated into the system, offering accuracy to the tee such as the gross loss of gold per sku. We are transparent in our practices and have a competitive edge due to advanced data analytics.
For us, design and production efficiency are as integral as operational efficiency. Our teams are constantly trained to achieve defect-free casting, elimination of additional cleaning and repairing in wax, controlling gross loss of metals, accuracy in stone alignment and improving stone visibility without compromising on the stone security amongst other measures.
Apart from re-skilling and regularly training the workforce, we constantly update our business processes, find ways to optimize the resources at hand as well as look out for new technology to achieve year-on-year progress.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Every action of ours is driven by the fundamental belief of establishing and maintaining sustainable, long-term partnerships with each client. Our client servicing teams are trained and upskilled every few months to competently handle client relationships. We limit the number of customers per sales person so that adequate attention is given to each client and his/her needs. They are your one-point contact for order confirmations, follow-ups and other order-related queries to facilitate seamless business interactions. COMPLIANCES
We are an RJC-certified company. We are committed to maintaining supply chain integrity and also integrating ethical social and environmental practices into our management systems and daily operations.
We also comply with the Signet Responsible Sourcing Protocol (SRSP) for all our raw materials, primarily gold and diamonds. Our diamonds are only purchased from legitimate sources who are not involved in funding any conflict and are diligently following the United Nations Resolution and corresponding laws. We adhere to the WDC SoW guidelines which go beyond the minimum requirement and recommendations of the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme.
As a global jewelry manufacturing firm, we are accountable to our clients, stakeholders, the industry and the society at large and take this role very seriously.
